Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-blocks receiving money through PayPal. We do support the option to receive payments in the UAE through PayPal. However, there may be steps you need to complete before you're able to receive money. If you've already completed those steps, I'd recommend checking your Resolution Center to see if there are any action items which need attention.
