Why is all my money received put on hold?

Hi guys, I'm a tutor from South Africa. I receive payments through Paypal for my tutoring service. I want to know why are my payments (Money received for the classes I teach) are all on hold? My students are from the Asia area. I've looked all over the PayPal help center but can't find anything. Please help 🙂
