Negative balance unable to fix

Hello

 

On 22 December I placed an order online and paid with PayPal.

On 29 December this amount was deducted from my bank account. However, PayPal claims that this amount was 'unable to transfer from bank account', which is not true since it has been deducted from my balance... 

 

Whenever I try to add money to my account, I keep on getting error messages. Now, I am unable to make payments with PayPal due to this issue, even though it's not an issue since PayPal already has my money...

 

How to solve this? Anyone had a similar issue?

And suddenly out of the blue, 24 hours later, my balance problem magically resolved itself... lol. But OK, problem solved.
