Why does the subscription auto charge to my checking but not credit card?

My subscription to ZOOM monthly charged $8.18 to my checking account.
But several month ago, I set up it to charge to a VISA credit card. Why did it happen? What actions can I take to avoid this issue?

Payment method settings for subscriptions, recurring payments, billing agreements, automatic payments are not controlled by the preferred payment method settings in the Wallet page.

 

To update a payment method for subscription, automatic payment, etc…go to Settings > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments > Click Merchant Name

I double checked my subscriptions. Please see the picture. 

I already set it through a credit card at "Payments > Manage Automatic Payments > Click Merchant Name".

So what other actions can I take?
