Where is my payment ?

I bought a headset last week and used pay in 4. I checked out as a guest through PayPal. The payment was sent and it was pending but I received no confirmation from the seller. For a few days in my activity log is was showing as “Pending” . I contacted the seller but they said they never received payment. Now the payment doesn’t even show up as completed, pending or in the 1 in 4 payments section. I simply can’t even see it. My bank logs show I sent one payment through. Im wondering where my money is? I tried the resolution Centre but it seems to only apply for the transactions that are completed or pending. I haven’t received a refund either. This is all a little suspicious to me.

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting! I understand your concern about the Pay in 4 payment. Since you've not received any notification nor are able to see the transaction as completed or pending, I would recommend you to contact our customer support team by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options or reach out by Facebook or Twitter so that our advisors can help you accordingly with your concern.
