Hello, I would like to ask where is the money that my boyfriend sent us from his bank account. I gave him my ID number which he entered during payment. The payment went to him on 13/03/2023 from his bank account, but I still haven't received the money to my PAYPAL account today 20/03/2023. Where is the error? Thank you
And what “ID number”? That right there could be the problem.
The basic way to send money is from PayPal account to PayPal account by email address, mobile number, name, or @username. Was payment sent from PayPal account to bank account with Xoom?
