When trying to cash stimulus check, Pay pal forgets my account

When I try to upload my stimulus check, Paypal suddenly forgets me; what's going on, how am I only not verified then?

Honestly, I'm signed in, have the app; called them: they know me by name and everything! But when I prepare to cash my stimulus check the app isn't able to verify me, and none of the humans can see anything wrong with my account at all... What's happening? What isn't getting through?

Yes, I was even able to gain $4 to put into it, so I thought everything was going alright...
