What does scheduled payment mean

What does sceduled mean I made a payment to my PayPal credit account and it’s says the transaction is sceduled with no date of when the payment hasn’t came out of my bank account yet and hasn’t paid my PayPal account straight away any help/info and what I can do to fix this will be appreciated thank you

I understand the concern when a payment doesn't go through as expected. When referring to payments, scheduled usually means the payment is set for a date in the future.
