Want to pay UK rent via my US PayPal account, to a UK e-mail address. Anything I need to know?

Son is studying in the UK, & lessor said they accept PayPal.  One of my credit cards doesn't charge international or conversion fees, so I want to use that to pay the rent.  Anything I need to be aware of on/from the PayPal side?

I understand you want to make a international payment with your US PayPal account. With PayPal, you can send money or make a payment to anyone with an email address or mobile number. There is a fee when you send a payment to someone in another country or if you receive a payment from someone in another country. Please check out PayPal User Agreement for more information.

The payment method I plan on using doesn't have any foreign exchange or transaction fees, so I'm wondering why I'd still have additional PayPal fees.

You would pay a fee as paypal is processing the payment for you.
