Wallet shows less than the amount paid into paypal

I have had 309USD paid into my account by Fitbit for the Ionic smartwatch recall but the actual amount in my wallet is only showing as 267USD ( I havent spent anything!) Does anyone know why its so much less??

I understand your concern about your funds. Sometimes customer uses their PayPal balance inadvertently to other payments. I recommend you to login to your account using desktop or laptop and review your PayPal activity from the date you received the $309 USD by clicking the individual transaction and checking the payment details.
