Unable to transact, the bank page doesnt process & then page goes blank

I have been trying all day to make a payment through a website. It take me to the "please wait while we connect to your bank" page and then goes blank. Tried clearing cache, changing password, deleting my bank details and re-adding, tried different browsers, tried from PC and phone. Nothing works.

I see you're facing issues completing a payment and I appreciate you trying with the trouble shooting steps. Please check if there are any limitations on your PayPal account and make sure your account is fully verified. Also, try to change your funding source and then try to complete the payment. Here are some of the reason why a payment can be Declined . If you still face issues, Contact PayPal over the phone or message center and request for further help.
