Unable to receive funds into my paypal. It says "unclaimed"

Hello, my work place sent me some money and it shows unclaimed on their end. Mind you, I have confirmed the email, email ID on their end is correct and I also accept the currency so I am unsure as to what more is needed. Please help me out
