I have transferred money to my local bank account in UAE, the transaction has completed on 6th Sep 2022 at 10:59 AM, but no money is deposited yet, my bank tells me nothing is showing up and I asking me to contact PayPal, I did try but no help there, I got directed to her instead.

I see duplicate replies and some people accepting the solution, it's NOT a solution to this thread problem! I am yet to receive the money and I've seen people saying months have passed with no money in the bank...
If I have to wait 14 days to check whether I am getting my money or not, THEN contact support if I don't get the money (which is by the way, not an option, because I get automated responses only and directions to forums) then WHY hasn't it been all explained before allowing the transfer?
There should be a HUGE warning when before allowing the transfer, says 1 to 3 days... that's a huge lie, Paypal isn't being honest.
This is very wrong, how is Paypal allowed to do that am not sure.
I still have not received my money, and I need it...

This is a community advice forum and not customer services, so the ''solution'' is the same advice that paypal would give you.
I cannot fly to your country, get a job with Paypal and then check your bank transfer for you, so my ''solution'' (marked by Paypal) is to give you the information on how long to wait and what to do if it does not turn up, so, you're welcome !!

I still dont see the solution sorry, I need to speak to someone from PayPal, chat won't do that it also gives out links and more links, I don't need those, I need a clear answer as to why Paypal states that the transaction is successful within 3 days when it's not, and I can't find my answers within those links.
My bank tells me they need swift transaction details, which are not anywhere to be found, again tried the chat support, but nothing.
And if I have to wait 14 or more days to just wait and see if the money is credited or not, then why would it say 1 to 3 days when attempted the transfer, this is clearly a misguided inforamtion and a fault from Paypal.
I don't get it, if I could really find help here then why was I directed to this place to start with... lots of text and information everywhere I look but nothing helps answer my inquiry.
Frustrating.
Edit: Perhaps someone could tell me what's support Email address to contact PayPal regarding this issue? I Am trying Twitter now.

This is exactly my experience too. Daylight robbery. I have had a significant amount of money paid into my Paypal account and it has disappeared yet there is no contact system available - no contact centre phone number, no e-mail support address. The online Resolution Centre repeatedly fails.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thanks for your advice @kernowlass but the link at the bottom left of every Paypal page simply goes through to https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/home and I think this is where the problem lies for several people. The Resolution Centre isn't working and returns an error. I'm not sure what to make of "Live chat is also randomly available"... randomly? When it is randomly available have you tried it? Unfortunately it is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle and certainly doesn't inspire confidence. It's technology for technology's sake and not a reliable communication medium.
We are dealing with financial transactions here and it seems inappropriate to encourage people with real concerns to try to contact Paypal through a 3rd party such as Facebook. A simple telephone number or even an e-mail address would suffice nicely and is a far more professional approach. I'm afraid my opinion of Paypal's customer support has been considerably diminished.

Guess you didn't bother to SCROLL down that page to the CONTACT options at the bottom of that page?

Thanks @kernowlass actually I did scroll down the page (https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us) but I hold my hand up and confess, I didn't see the 'Call us' link at the bottom on the right. Clicking on this opens up a different view at the same web address and low and behold there's a telephone number!
Of course the phone number takes one through to an auto-attend menu and it's heavy going getting to the correct transaction but I found that if the system doesn't recognise what is being said a few times it offers to connect to a REAL person, yay! Or at least put on hold for a while until someone picks up. And when the helpdesk guy responded he was really helpful and took a look at my transaction queries - he also resolved the issue.
So firstly, sorry on my behalf - yes there is a helpline number and thanks to @kernowlass for pointing in the right direction.
Secondly, the issue is interesting and a potential source of confusion - the payment transactions into my Paypal account had not been automatically transferred into my bank account as I thought but had been made into my Paypal Wallet and they just sat there for a day or two until I made my next payment via Paypal. By default this payment first took what it could out of my Wallet and if/when the Wallet did not contain sufficient funds a residual payment value was then taken from my bank account to complete the payment transaction out that I had requested. So... rather than the queried payment transactions paid into my Paypal account having disappeared, as I had thought, they had been used to reduce my next payment out via Paypal. I'm sure there are many who know of this behaviour but for the unwary here is an explanation of where your funds may have gone!
Thirdly, I take back what I said about my confidence in Paypal's customer service being dimished - discretion is the better part of valour, huh!
