I made a withdrawal from my Paypal balance to my debit card exactly 23 days ago (16 business days), but the money still haven't arrived.
I made a few calls with pp support and bank support.
Paypal gave me a 23-digit trace number, but my bank said that number doesn't lead to anywhere.
When I check the transfer details, my name is mispelled, but I haven't done any account edits.
Whatever I try, one side says the other is at fault. Yet, the money are nowhere to be seen.
I made a smaller withdrawal 2 weeks ago, and it worked.
Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix this issue?
