Transfer to my bank is denied

Hello,, I transferred money from my paypal to my bank account in saudi arabia. It was transferred back to my paypal and states (denied).

anyone knows the issue?

can I know what's the problem & solution please?

Have you confirmed your bank account?

Is the name on your bank account the same as your paypal account name?

Were the funds in the correct currency?

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Have you checked with your bank for any issues?

Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
