Transfer to bank problem

I am trying to transfer funds from my PayPal to my bank account, I select the account add the amount and then it asks me for a purpose, as soon as I click on it the app crashes. Any advice would be grateful.

Thanks for your post. 

I am sorry to know that you are facing issues in withdrawing funds to your bank account. Not to worry!  Most of the time, withdrawals fail because the information you entered when you linked your bank account doesn’t match the information your bank has about you or your account is limited. Thanks for the advice. I checked all the info and it was all correct. I then tried going onto the PayPal website and my transfer worked. I think there is a problem with the app it's self.
