Transfer funds to non-us bank account

Hello,
is it possible Transfer funds to non-us bank account ? using visa or Mastercard?
am from Kuwait and can not add my bank card to my account

I understand you would like to transfer the funds to a non US account. To keep you informed, your account is completely country specific and you will not be able to add a bank account or a card from another nationality.

Thanks for replying i understand that i can not add my bank account to my paypal account since mine is a non us account.
will it be possible to do so someday tho ?
and is it possible to add credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and transfer the Funds to it ?
or it must be through bank account only?

If you have a PayPal account in Kuwait:

• You can only withdraw money to a U.S. Bank account.

Hi,
Just made a test and turns out that i can withdraw money from paypal to visa card @kernowlass @KamalGangu 
it took few days to deliver it tho 👍
