I have 70$ on a gmail and I added it to my primary PayPal which am expecting the money the show in my balance but is not showing at all ...there after I heard that PayPal has cancelled the payments. Why would PayPal cancel my payment what have I done wrong to the ..it really frustrating and annoying

If it was showing on the senders side as unclaimed with a cancel option then they would have the option to cancel the funds.

So maybe they did this before you adding and confirmed that email address on your paypal account?

Best reach out and ask them.
