Transaction not showing up

Sent a payment to a friend and it’s not showing up in their payments received and their balance hasn’t updated, however it’s all sent on my end and did the virtual help and says the transaction has been processed successfully. Any help?

Have you checked the email address it was sent to and made sure there were no typos or spelling errors?

Was it sent goods/services or friends/family and does it say SENT/PAYMENT OR COMPLETED?

Or does it say pending or unclaimed?

Be careful if it was friends/family and make sure you only use that option for real friends or family as scammers ask you to send that way and then pretend they have not received it knowing there is nothing you can do about it. Although doesn't sound as if this is the case with your transaction?

Yes I double checked everything to make sure it was the right person and it was sent friends and family and money sent

Thank you for your response. Has your friend checked to ensure that their email address is confirmed. In order for them to receive a payment their email address must be confirmed. I would get them to check this and let us know if that resolves it for you.
