Transaction fee when decline in transferring paypal to gcash.

Transfer paypal to gcash but decline with fee. But when refund/ transferred to paypal transaction the balance is not exact from what I transfer with fee and with large deduction on it. Is there a way to refund the fee that deduct in transferred back to paypal.

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be frustrating. There's no withdrawal fee when you transfer your available PayPal balance to your GCash account.

If you were charged a fee for your withdrawal, it would mean the fee was taken by GCash. In this case, I would suggest you contact GCash directly to enquire about this. For further details, please click here.
