Too expensive fee’s

Hello. Why when I receive a payment from outer sources paypal always substracte me about 17% of the actual payment when widrawing that money? What should I do in this case, this shouldn t be normal.

Thank you for posting and welcome! The user agreement can be found by clicking Legal at the bottom of the PayPal website. As mentioned by @kernowlass, fees for each country and circumstance are outlined in the user agreement. If you believe that the amount being charged is not in line with the fees as listed in the user agreement, please contact Customer Service for assistance in investigating the fees and the reason for them. Contact options can be found by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
