Refund from the insurance Ryanair sold me-

the insurance promise to refund me directly at my bank account but the refund never came!

now paypal close my claim but i have NOT yet received my refund,what to do?

Shouldn't paypal keep my claim open till i really receive my refund?

can i object in closing my claim ,since I didn't received the refund as they claim?

please help
