The seller says they still haven't received payment in PHP.

I purchased an item from the Phillipines in Phillipine Pesos. The seller says they still haven't received the money, despite the transaction having gone through. Why is this? How can this be resolved?

Double check the email address used and make sure there were no spelling errors.

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account?

I have confirmed the email as accurate given the transaction was from an invoice. I'm not sure what exactly is happened. The transaction says it was completed.

Sounds as if there may be an issue with the sellers paypal account?

If they don't send your item and persist in saying they have not received the funds even though completed on your paypal account then open a dispute for non receipt of item?
