I have money on my PayPal but when I try to withdraw using the PayPal mobile money site it's not reflecting and says I have 0 balance

I do understand your concern with this. Firstly, I would suggest you check your PayPal account to ensure you have funds available. If you have recently received a payment, it may still be processing. The funds must be available in your PayPal balance before they can be withdrawn. 

If the funds are available, you could be experiencing a technical issue. Please clear your cache and cookies or try again using an alternative browser.

Turns out I had to convert the CAD into USD for it to reflect in the withdrawal account for me to withdraw
