The seller only wants bank transfer

Is there a way I can pay for something via the FB marketplace if the seller won’t accept PayPal to protect myself in the transaction if they are scamming?

If they won't accept paypal then this question has nothing to do with paypal unfortunately so nothing we can advise.

apologies, the question was if there is a way I can pay with my PayPal account but have the money go to their bank with a tracking number or something. If there isn’t a way then all good.

Any payments you make them would go to their paypal account balance, they could then withdraw the funds to their bank account if they have one linked and confirmed on their paypal account and its available in their country.
