Hello,

The automatic transfer of balance to bank account isn't working.

Paypal Assistant Bot is not working properly, it seems like repeating the same message plus customer agents didn't respond on previous requests.

Can you Help me please.

Thank you.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Only has to be a U.S bank account opened in the U.S as Paypal do not support virtual / digital banks.

Or you can link and confirm a visa credit card.

Read this link as you are in one of the affected countries.

Thank you @kernowlass for your help so far on this thread. We appreciate all your time and knowledge you lend our users.

@Zlabya, welcome back! I'm sorry to hear everything was working OK up until last month. Thank you for providing all the details so far. Have you checked your bank or card on your PayPal account to see if they are still active and confirmed? If there's been an issue with a recent transaction, that funding source may potentially have issues as well. If there is a problem with a funding source, I would check with your bank or card company to make sure everything is OK there first before reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance.

Good luck!
