TRANSFER TO FROM MY PAYPAL TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT

wOW.  I had to open a new paypal account because I changed country.  And when I transfer money from my old address paypal account to my new paypal account, I get charged a transaction fee.  And the money is still on hold, even tho I send myself a proof of delivery.  What a FRAUD paypal is!!!!!!!

Not all countries have ability send/receive friends and family payments. And int’l personal payments are not free regardless of payment method + plus any currency conversions. To avoid these problems, it is recommended to close out your account before leaving the country.

How you send yourself ‘proof of delivery’ with tracking number?

Instead of marking it as shipped,  update order status to “order processed” or “completed” and PayPal will release funds after 7 days.
