I've been using PayPal on several websites for quite a long time. Suddenly I get an "oops, something went wrong" message on one site. I spoke to them, they weren't able to get my order to go through either. I signed into PayPal and got an error message....didn't stay up long enough to read. Something about API compatibility?? Why all of a sudden?
