Subscribe Service Scam?

Hello everyone. My account somehow got subscribed to ''streamlabs'' and I realized just now I have been charged every month since Dec 2020 for something that I have no idea what it is. (65.90 euros). I tried contacting them and asking for a refund but I didn't get an answer. Help?!

Check if you had a subscription set up and if so cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I did cancel. I did have to cancel twice for some reason but I did. I'm asking about a possible refund. But I assume the money is just lost is it?

You would need to ask the merchant who's service you subscribed to if they will issue you with a refund?
