hello i just paid a friend of mine the money i needed to pay he has to send it to another one of his friends but my money is on hold and it is saying that i have to wait for 48 hours can i cancel or stop the timer? please help

I'm sorry to hear that a payment you sent to a friend is on hold. If the system is stating that the funds are being held for 48 hours, unfortunately there is no way to speed this process up. Our security system reviews every transaction that is sent through PayPal. It will sometimes put a hold on a transaction if an additional review needs to be made. If the transaction is stating that it is on hold for 48 hours, the funds should be released to your friend once that time is up.
