I am new to Pay Pal. I have connected my account to a bank account that has money in it. They confirmed the account with 2 small deposits, but I still can’t use the account. It won’t let me spend anything. When I log in, it says I have money waiting and I need to log in. I am already logged in. Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help! I can’t get anything but robot answers from PayPal. Thank you!!!!
