@Jasminegaye whenever I call customer service and it goes through saying it will be a longer wait than normal the line simply disconnects! I'm frustrated because my stimulus payment finally shows up in my PayPal cash card account amount 11:30 p.m. tonight, (4/15/20), only to have PayPal placed a hold on it!

They are processed in batches from our merchant bank, which is processing quite a few of these deposits. More information about direct deposit and IRS stimulus payments can be found here
But they have been saying they post in batches all day. If that's true then how come nobody nada not one person has received their deposit via a batch yet? It is 8:00 pm EST
Seriously PayPal what is the REAL story here? A financial institution of this size that has been around for years can't deposit our funds in a timely manner?
How come all the other big banks etc had no problem today?
