Hi Everyone, 

 

I have been trying to send money to my friend outside of Canada. I am pretty new to Paypal and I am unsure of my transaction limit. When I tried to proceed with the transaction, it shows "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." which I am not sure why this message occurs. 

 

If anyone has encountered this situation, please let me know how can I solve the issue and how can I check my transaction limit. Thank you very much!

Country your friend is in.

Currencies being used.

Funding sources linked to your paypal and are they all confirmed?

Confirmed your email address?

Verified your paypal account?
