Hi Everyone, I have been trying to send money to my friend outside of Canada. I am pretty new to Paypal and I am unsure of my transaction limit. When I tried to proceed with the transaction, it shows "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." which I am not sure why this message occurs. If anyone has encountered this situation, please let me know how can I solve the issue and how can I check my transaction limit. Thank you very much! Gwariss
