My customer has problem with paying via PayPal on Shopify. After filling out all the forms, this appeared:

Hi @TungNgo.
It looks like the buyer has trouble making a payment. If the issue is with the particular buyer, this could be a technical glitch. You can request them to clear the caches and cookies or try using a different browser. Hopefully, they should be able to procced.
