So i placed an order for an item and the order was cancelled still not refunded

order was cancelled and was placed 9 November 2021 at 18:06:01 GMT... still haven't received a refund.
i have already contacted the seller and they have confirmed the order was cancelled but was not to do with their end...

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
