To send money with friends and family do I have to have the money in my account? I cannot just send it to be paid directly from my bank account? Thanks
That's what I did-straight from my bank but there is no option for friends and family so a fee was charged. I put money on my PP balance to see if that will create the F & F option. Thank you for replying.
Normally you click send/request > send funds > put in the email address > and then you should get either friends/family or trusted person (dependent on whether you are using app or computer).
If you do not see it then paypal ''may'' have removed it if they think you are abusing the option and using it to pay sellers for purchases.

I've never used it before. I pay some bills automatically with PP. I do donations with PP sometimes (via just clicking on the PP emblem when prompted) but this is the first time I have tried to give money directly to a friend from the PP website. I am hoping the option appears once the money I transferred to my PP balance clears and is sitting in my account. Thanks again.
