Good day, I was made two separate payments to kids park in Germany wire paypal, and both times received the mail that my transfer is pending, and then I received the mail that transaction is reserved, but Im not getting money back. And I do this two transfers before I made the paypal account. Can you please tell me where I need to write, and who can check my two transactions. Thank you!

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

For one transaction money is back, and I just found that I received only one mail about the transaction reversed. So I think for the other one it still pending, maybe someone knows who I can write to resolve this problem?
