Refund

I called the seller last March 2022 to cancel my subscription but this July 19 I just received an email receipt from paypal that I sent $99 to the seller. I called my bank to verify the transaction and its verified there is a transaction for that amount. Can anyone give me advice what to do? I contacted the seller they said they wont provide refunds on renewals. I called them 4 months before my renewal.

Check if you had a subscription set up and if so cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

I used as a guest buyer, I can't see it on my account. I talked to paypal the other day and the agent said she was able to cancel so that no further transaction would happen. My concern is the seller emailed me and said they won't provide refunds on renewal. Is it possible even though I contacted them ahead of them before the renewal.

same thing happened to me i think you would have to call your bank and ask them for a refund i guess
