I purchased the product by mistake on e bay. So I cancel the product.but my refund is rejected.

What do you mean by cancel the product?

Did you ask the seller to cancel the order and did the seller issue a refund?

Or did you open a dispute?

Also which dispute did you open, an ebay one or a paypal one?
