Pending cancellation of automatic payments

I tried cancelling my automatic payment because I got hacked on the website this automatic payment goes to. However, it still says "pending cancellation" even though I don't have any payments going through and a few hours passed. How can I cancel it fully? Other automatic payments could be cancelled immediately
