Refund money sent by mistake

Hello,

I sent money by mistake to e-mail and owner of e-mail returned money

but it didn't come back in my account

Please confirm to me I will receipt and when?

Welcome to our community help forum and thanks for posting here!

I understand your concern about the refund not reflecting in your account. When a payment is reversed, the money will will go back to the original funding source. If you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same card. It usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days for the money to show on your funding source. If the payment was originally funded from your bank account, the money will initially go back to the balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). If you paid with your PayPal balance, your refund is credited to your PayPal balance. You can learn more about how refund gets credited here.
