Refund help

I was issued a refund from PayPal as I ordered the wrong size trainers from StockX a few days ago. Today the refund has left my bank account ( said paid to PayPal) and has disappeared. Any help on this?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. 

It sounds like you originally paid using your bank account. Therefore your refund will be processed to the same bank account. A refund to a bank account can take 3-7 business days and it is possible you may see the debit taken even though a refund was issued. Please rest assured, however, once a refund has been issued this will be processed into your bank account after 2-7 business days. 

To view the status of your refund in your Activity:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Select your date range located to the left of the search bar.
3. Click Filters and select Refunds.
4. Click the refunded transaction to view the details.
