Receiving money

I had money sent to my PayPal account from my fidelity account. I can't find any record of it in PayPal. The fidelity account says transaction complete. It was a substantial amount to pay my taxes. Please help 🙏

Have you set up a paypal balance account to hold a balance in your country?

Or did you select on a previous payment to have the funds auto withdrawn to your bank account?
