Hi, my friend living in the UK sent me GBP and I wanted to keep it as GBP, however, the money was automatically exchanged into EUR and a fee was taken when I received it. I had already added GBP to my wallet before the transaction. How can I receive money in different currencies? Or, can I only receive money as EUR? Please help.

Hi @haru414,
Thank you for your post!
I do understand your concern with this. When receiving a payment, a PayPal fee is charged. For a full breakdown of our fees, please click here.
When receiving a payment, it will automatically be placed on your primary balance. If a payment is sent in a different currency, it will be automatically converted. To transfer your balance to another currency, please click here.
I hope this helps!
