Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

You might want to check your account.  Since I tried calling them my account balance is now showing and available.

I receive a payment from a friend, the payment appears on my paypal but i didnt receive the money. please help me .

I received money over 3 hours ago and it shows PayPal received it but they won't transfer to my account.  I tried to call for help and there is a 4 to 6 hour hold time??????

Happened to me too i have a payment recieved in activity but it's not in my balance .. looking at this thread it's taking them a while to sort it out, any timeframes or estimations how long it will be ??

it's a bit terrible isn't it, given it is a technically a bank, you think they'd be a bit more communicative to let us know when we can access OUR money.
