I understand your concern about sending money as friends and family. Please be informed that business accounts can still send friends and family payments, just not to other business accounts. You can no longer accept friends and family payments on your Business account. However, if you would like to receive friends and family payments, you can use or create an account. If you don’t use other business products with your account, you can also change/downgrade your Business account to a Personal account by contacting our PayPal Support team through the available contact options on our website. Personal accounts will also let you take advantage of services specifically for your personal needs.
