Good day all! Is there a way to select the amount of money I'd like to transfer out. Like I don't want my entire balance transferred. Thanks in advance for your responses.

When you click to withdraw funds you can input how much you want to withdraw.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
