Prombles with paying stuff

Everytime i want to buy something with paypal, it is not possible because it keeps telling me to add a bank account, which i already have. All my friends can buy something from that website with paypal. What can i do?

Did you confirm your bank account once added?

Is it a German bank account?

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account?

Have you added a back up debit or credit card?

Have you had any negative balances at all recently?

Yes, it is confirmed Yes, it is a german bank account Yes, its the same Name No i didnt add a debit or credit card cause i dont own one And No, i dont not have any negative balances

Thank you for your reply! I'm sorry to hear that you're being prompted to add a bank account. 

It sounds like the bank account on file has been declined for use with the transaction that you are attempting. All the factors of the transaction are reviewed any time a transfer is attempted, and if there is anything that the system determines represents risk, the payment method or the whole transaction may be declined. The system is asking you to add a payment method other than the existing bank to allow the transaction to be reevaluated.

If you do not have another payment method, please wait and try the transaction at a different time. For best results, please leave at least 24-48 hours between attempts. If the problems persist, reach out to Customer Service. You can find your contact options by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website.
