Please remove the maximum withdrawal, why? Because My money is useless, It would be OK if no maximum withdrawal, I can buy a diamonds in freefire. But I have a problem I don't have any id's, Can I do any purchases without any credits cards?.

Unverified accounts have withdrawal limits. Link a bank account and/or card to verify account.
You can’t always do purchases without a card as a back up funding source.
And get an ID in case PayPal are required to check your identity.
